This guy aint a friend of yours, is he? :D just kidding. The truck looks bada$$

look good dude! what do yours true measurement? i was disappointed when i measured mine, definitely not 42"

Ronnie a friend of mine had a simular problem with the beads on some tires. If I understand corectly you still want to use your old tires for spares? What we did is used Tire patch glue put a thick coat on and let it dry, then another thick coat when we mounted the tires. They still hold air after about a year, he also uses 2 as spares and 2 on a parts carring trailer, for longer trips. Also his wheels are NOT bead locks and he runs about 15lbs in those tires, IF he uses one as a spare on the trail. Hope it helps.

Thanks Balzer I think we understand eachother and I am going to use tire glue  the kind they use on Iceland when they run with only 1-2 psi without beadlocks:eek1:

Got a link to that stuff? Id like to know more about it. Could be a cheap alternitive to beadlocks or at the least better than nothing.

By the way I always love your wheeling vids, and your truck.

I have not found it myself yet but a friend of mine had some on a heep when he bought it from Iceland and he had to cut the tires to remove them from the rims.

I will post up in the garage when I find it :wink1:

Just a little over 41" and my rims are only 8.75"
I guess that is ok bc the list says 41.5"

what psi are you running? ive got 42" iroks on stock h1's and they only measure out to ~40" i think they are at like 20psi

Not sure about the psi but the gauge said 20 psi
I will check with a better gauge before sunday when I do the first offroad test :D
You do measure from front to rear not from ground to top do you :o

Did the measuring the right way today:
Measuring tape around the whole tire divided by 3.14 and it was 41.4"
That is close enough for me :D
Oh and there was 18 psi pressure ;)
