40,000 miles on the new motor
New Coil packs/plugs/wires 5000-8000 miles ago

Recently while driving when I get close to 3000 rpm the motor bogs down and feels like it is starving for fuel. If I press the clutch in I can press the gas and it revs up like normal. If I just stay on the gas it does nothing, the car just slows down and sometimes starts to buck. If I rev it to 3000 rpm and let out the clutch it starts to buck and goes back to the car just slowing down. The motor never dies though. Any ideas? I was thinking Throttle Position Sensor, but don't want to just start swaping parts.
