bolt on shock mounts

Here's the deal, the shock mounts on my 12 bolt are mounted really low. I've dragged them across rocks a few times. I want to move them up but I don't know how to weld. I saw the bolt on mounts the Kert at DIY4X has, but I know I saw some that bolted to the spring plate before. Does anyone know where I could find these? I haven't had any luck searching on line yet.

Maybe try asking someone who can weld to do you a little favor, shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes max. Before i knew how to weld, I put up a wanted add on pirate and somone came over to my house and welded up my perches and mounts, didn't charge me much and was really cool about it...
