can anyone help me out with direct link to the part? I cannot for the life of me find these anywhere online.

The other one was toast. This one seems ok to reuse.

They are for the transmission/Tcase mounts on the cross member.

Will blue loctite suffice?

clean thread holes of grease and oil . use blue locktight . the factory did this and stopped using these bend over tabs .
