Can anyone tell me the size of the bolt or plug for the drivers side dipstick hole on a pre-85 350. I dont have the plug any more and the collector flange is in the way to get anything in their to messure it.

IIRC it is 7/16". Use a 7/16" freeze plug and drive it into the hole.
