I hope to do my Manual tranny swap tomorrow. The truck already has a SM465 but I'm going to 10 spline with 205 So I just wanted to know once I have the jack under the tranny and unbolt it, when I slide it out will anything fall out of place. I'm just taking it off the bell housing so it would seem that every thing should stay in place with the tranny out right? If not could anyone tell me a little more about this. Thanks John

It all should stay , provided the clutch is staying behind . Perhaps have one of those plastic clutch aligning tools on hand to verify alignment before you put the other 465 in .

Thank you I do have one of those tools I will use it, I will be very carful to keep it all centered and true. Thanks
