Alright, I'm swapping a Cadillac motor into my project and it uses a BOP bellhousing pattern. I landed the matching TH400 when I bought the motor. It's gonna get rebuilt next Saturday and I'd like to put in a full manual valve body and a new torque convertor at the same time.

When I look on Summit Racing, under application, it always says chevy next to bellhousing pattern. Is any of this stuff interchangable or am I up a creek without a paddle?

The TC bolt circle is 11.5", so I know the convertors I've found will bolt to the flexplate...is it an issue with them clearing the bellhousing or what? Also, what's the deal with the valve bodies? There has to be something that works in these BOP TH400's or nobody would ever run them.

Thanks in advance for any help guys.

All the internals are the same on BOP & Chevy, like was said in above post just the B/H pattern is different. I went through all this years back when i built my GTO.
