Went wheeling last weekend with a couple friends and met up with several other people @ prison Hill.

Prison Hill is in Carson City, NV, next to the prisons :D Lots of open wheeling large rocks and rocky canyons.

Here are a few pics attached. The rest are taking up space on photobucket http://s163.photobucket.com/albums/t287/Blazenoffroad/Prison Hill Jan 09/

We ended up breaking a stock rear toyota shaft in the truggy. Was waiting for that one. Other carnage included broken stock toy birfields, Dana 44 Warn shaft in an old bronco, inner stock toy shaft in the red and black truck.

Sorry no Fullsizes on this trip!

looks like a good time. I've been there with a couple guys from a local wheeling club, and it definitely is a fun place to go.

I love toyotas. Why in gods name does that truggy have a d44 in the front? Toy axles are far superior...

I call your bluff on this one! We can go back and forth all day on this one. I hate toyota front axles ;), yes they are stong, but you have to sink way to much money in them. and then the hubs still blow off. Or the knuckles break, taking out trunion bearings, stupid axle seals always leaking, six shooter knuckles, chromoly birfields and inner axles.......Pop there goes another toyota ring and Pinion.

Ya I should have a D60 up front and a Ford 9 in the rear but hey everyone has a budget.

Strength vrs strength a toyota shaft has 1200lb or so more strength to it. I'd take trunion bearings over balljoints anyday. The ring and pinions are just about the same as d44s. Get some yukons and have them crydo.

Yeah the closed knuckle factor does suck.

Eh on the front 60. Hi9's ftw

Ya whats wrong with Pabst?

If I ever get the blazer finished(Iknow or atleast close) I wanna build a toy. Iv helped on alot of them and wheeled in some and I like em.
