I bought this 1985 Chevrolet K30 Duallie for $1500. It has a 454 Cu. In. Engine, Turbo 400 Trans, NP205 Transfer Case, Dana 60 Front Diff, and a Corporate 14 Bolt Full Floater in the rear. It is a diamond in the rough, but it is in complete condition with no rust or major damage from an accident. It is completely stock, and has never been modified. Sorry about the huge camera shots. I got a new digital camera today, and I need to turn the resolution down on it next time.

You know what? You really piss me off. Ive been trying to find a SWR crew cab for a while now, and now you have both a duallie, AND a SWR,,,,AHHHH!!!!:D GOOD SCORE!!!

Ill trade ya my blazer straight across for that white truck!!!!

Thats OK. I think I will keep my truck. When I found this truck it was only advertised in the news paper as "1 ton chevrolet truck", and that was it...no other description. When I drove over to the house to see the truck, I was very surprised to see what the truck was. I negotiated a purchased price of $4000 for the truck.

Nice trucks.
Hi Pinion I don't know how desperate you are but I've seen a few crew cab 4x4 srws in the local papers (there's probably one a month or so), matter of fact I found one for a person just back in Novemeber.

I have quite enough posts in this guys thread, i wont say anymore, i just go crazy over crewcabs dude. Plumb crazy. Sorry for the multiple posts 1 ton , carry on with your bad self.:)

I'm almost jealous. My 84 cost me $500 less but has an 8lug D44 in the front instead of a D60. :haha: guess it's equal out then really. Cost me that to get a D60 for it  NIce rigs both of them! :waytogo: I love the crew duallys. Good thing since I have two and am looking at getting a burb to make dually next :yikes: :dunno: I'm :screwy:

Dude that is ****in SICK!!!!!!!!!!! I've always liked the dually look on older chevy's.

WOW!!!! Good score! And for $1500? Dayum, bro, that's sweet. I'm jealous.

Man, I can't stop looking at it! That's a gnarly truck! I'd love to stubble upon something like that. Was it an old dude selling it or something? Why such a sweet deal?

i gotta ask, what was your weapon of choice when you robbed that guy?

I was just driving down a street after eating lunch, and I saw it parked on the side of the street with a "For Sale" sign on it. I stopped and got the phone number off of it, and gave them a call just for the hell of it, to see how much they wanted for it. A lady answered the phone and said she wanted $2000 for it.

I found out it was owned by a gal that was around 45 years (or so) old (she seemed like a skinny little crystal meth tweeker to me). After I asking her a few questions I found out she was a motivated seller when she told me she could not get the truck smogged because it was missing some components (it is only missing an EGR valve and some vacuum lines), and she was in some kind of trouble with the law. The DMV wanted to proof of insurance on the truck, or they where going to take her license away.

Also, the Home Owners Association (HOA), for the neighborhood she lived in, was going to tow the truck away because it had not been registered for the past two years, which is why she wanted to dump it fast. Since I could tell she was desperate I offered her $1500 cash on the spot, and she accepted.
