I don't know if you want to call it a sickness, intro to hoarding or a straight enthusiest but it seems that I am starting a collection lol.

I picked this one up not to far from home for $200. It doesn't have a engine or transmission but everything else is there.

My current Blaze is just a sunny day pavement princess that doesn't see much action. This one will be a little different. Im going to be build this one to wheel. Finally getting back in the game!

So I kinda have an Idea what direction I want to go with this build and I am currently in the process of collecting the majority of the parts that I need before I attempt to start this.

For the drivetrain:
400/205 (I picked up for $140)
Dana 44/14 bolt (I currently have, hopefully I can find a Dana 60F)
I will probably do the NWF black box
Spool for the 14 bolt, cut/shaved pumpkin
If I run the 44 it will be a ez locker of some sort
If I have a 60, it will be a OX
Crossover/High steer
40" LTB

Suspension:
6" ez rides for the front
Shackle flip in the rear, stock spings
ORD drop shackles, greasable suspension/bushings

Im going to narrow the front and rear end of the blazer but I would like to figure out a way to retain the full top for when I go wheeling between fall and spring, since it rains in Oregon the majority of the time, then have it off during decent weather and summer. Ill have to get a little creative with the back end to be able to do this.

The blaze

The rig that I'm going to be base my build around.

Looks too nice to chop up to me, especially for the increasingly hard to find full convertible square body, but to each their own:dunno:
