So there I was............I went to Ft. Collins to buy grecerys at Super Walmart. After that I took my kids to ride go-carts and stuff. On the way out of town, I stopped at Mark Turner Off-Road to buy a set of sway bar disconnects.
After talking to the owner of MTO (Chris Wagner), I mention CK5 and he asks if that is "The Blazer site." I tell him yes and he asks me if I know anyone who might be interested in a 78 Blazer.
Well after looking at it and driving it.............I coughed up some cash and bought it for myself.
It is a 78 K5 with a 350/350/203/D44/12 bolt. Lock-Rite in the front and a posi in the rear. Brand new 35" Goodyear MTR's. 6" soft rides and a family cage.
The body is hammered and pretty rusty, so I will proably take a few parts off that I want and part the rest out.
Chris even let me use a flat bed trailer to haul it 40 miles home. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
