So im trying to get a owners manual for a ramsey 12,000 # exact model unkown but the to numbers i found with out pulling the winch are model 2000/12 and the serial number 380541 i went on there site but there was no contact info and none of there part numbers match what i have it currently doesnt work so any info would be helpful

Try locating a dealer close to you and see if they can help you. I looked through there site a little and this is the best I could find. At least you could talk to someone personally. Could be worth a shot.
