Don't mind the shrek foot in the background. First quarter of this year has sucked with business travel so I haven't had time to really get back into Storm to get him up & running again. Spent the weekend with the boy getting the old 305 buttoned up and ready to go back in. Last thing that's keeping me from slapping it in and filling the fluids is this stupid slave cylinder mount. The more I look at it, I think just a simple 1/8" piece of steel on there will give it the stability it needs.

longer bolts and sandwich a plate on the back side prob do just fine . no need for super thick .

if you now a good tig welder person they can build that back up and die grind out the area and be solid also .

You might be able to get a 2 bolt exhaust pipe flange that'll fit over that ..or make one yourself..2 bolt exhaust pipe flange.jpg

Put a spacer under the side missing the piece so it will not bend down as you tighten it..
