Whoes got the best procedure for changing out a booster on a k5? Mainly dealy with the pedal part. Thinking about pulling the gauge cluster for access.
 
don't need to pull that .

just a nice long extension and ball swivel .

basic hand tools and good to go .
 
Got it done. Took a little over an hour. The 2 lower nuts on the engine side got a few cuss words , but wasn't to bad. I took the drivers seat out to give me more room , that helped a lot. I should have done this years ago , night and day difference in braking power takes no effort to lock up all fours. I used a reman acdelco from rock auto with no core for $68.
