OK, I just realized after getting back over seas that I left the caps off of my brand new brake calipers where the brake line goes in. This is on a 14 bolt with disc brakes by the way. I am sure rain has gotten inside the caliper. What should i do if rust finds its way inside the caliper? Is it salvagable or am I going to have to get new ones?

You should be able to pull it apart and rebuild it. Most auto parts stores can supply caliper rebuild kits that will include the seals for the piston. Once the piston is out, you should be able to run some steel wool inside to clear any rust that develops. You shouldn't get a whole lot of rust, since the leftover brake fluid should prevent water getting to the steel.

never was any brake fluid in them. I had just built the axle and put underneath the truck. Didnt have time before i left to do all the brake plumbing and forgot to plug the hole.

I am thinking that is what I am going to do. Its just irritating cause those are brand new and I am kicking myself in the butt because I know better than to do what I did. I'm just going to blame it on the ex!
