When the light stays on solid, this is an indication of a pressure imbalance between the front and rear circuits. This will be due to air in the system, either because of a leak or air bubbles. Bleed the brakes. Again. Bleed them more. (Well, the solid light can also be caused by a crappy connection at the switch on the parking brake lever. You might make sure there's no wires trapped on the lever and shorting out.)
When the light blinks, this is due to the ABS controller. Were it me I'd unplug the damn thing and leave it unplugged. Those early ABS were crap.
If you insist on keeping it (and you may if you just paid for a new one), count the blinks. You'll see two different speeds, like fast ones followed by slow ones (or maybe slow then fast, I forget.)
For example, four of one kind followed by two of the other translates to an error code of 42, or two then six would be 26. Then post up here or Google the code to find out what that code means.
Also, you replaced basically everything in the brake system except the master cylinder -- what was going on and why not the master?
