brake light probs

Hey guys my brake lights quit working. There should be power going to the brake light switch right? Turn signals work and I have led tailights (oval aftermarket lights the stock housing and everything is gone). Any ideas would be good, I am going wheeling on tuesday for the first time in a while and would really like to have all my lights working.

Check the fuses.

Yes, brake light switch is always hot.

I am not sure for the Blazers, but I lost brake lights on my DD. It kill the solenoid to take it out of park. Some I have seen kill the dash lights when the brake light fuse dies.

The brake light switch, as already said, is always hot. You should be able to step on the brakes anytime and they should work.
