Brake Light Switch Location? M1008

I recently acquired an M1008 CUCV, I am sad to say that the fellow who owned it before me put a different steering column in it (with tilt). I have no Brake lights, or back-up lights, and the windshield Wipers do not work. In all my looking I cannot seem to find the brake light switch to even test if it has current going to it. Any help?
Also any suggestions on the wipers / reverse light issue are welcome
