Brake Light + Turn Signal help

So, my lights work great, but I can't seem to get my turn signals and brake light to go work? I've tried tracing the wires back but the PO did a great job of creating a birdsnest of wires/connections.

Anyone know a good place to start trying to remedy the solution?

I'm assuming you've already checked/replaced the fuse?

Good Point. That's the first thing I should have checked

Speaking of which, don't suppose anyone has a diagram of the fuse box?

I just took a look and it seems only about half are being utilized, and there is a lot of jerry-rigging in there....
