I need to know if anyone knows where tyo get the bolt that bolts the brake line to the caliper on a 3/4ton d44. the head of the bolt is 1/2". no part stores can find the right bolt, so a p/n would help

Thanks
Tom

It's called a banjo bolt, and is either 3/8" or 10mm body, IIRC.

You'd need to sort out size (it's originally based on year of the axle but I don't remember which is what, save that old ones are 3/8" and newer ones are metric) but they oughta be pretty normal, like the Dorman/Motormite "HELP!" stuff oughta have them.

D44 early use a 7/16" banjo bolt and the later D44 and All 10 bolts use a 10mm banjo bolt. Like was already said, they are easy to get in Dorman, motormite and the Help line.
