So i have been having a hard time getting my brakes bleed properly.

Today I noticed I had a leak. It is the fitting where the rear brake line meets the master cylinder. The flare looks good. All is clean. The leak is obvious. The MC is new.

What to do? Another new MC?

well, i think i will pick up a new MC.

I need to up and running by tomorrow night. We are expecting 6+ feet of snow thurs - sun. We have two docts appts that require us to travel over a pass to get into town. I would much rather do that in the burb than the camry.

Look at the line end and look into the hole for it on the MC. The holes are normally different sizes. One could have been changed, or it may have been misboxed. Be sure the doubleflare on the hardline is perfectly square to the line itself, and make sure there is a smooth contact surface with no burrs. I have seen a line get overtightened and leave a mark on the contact surface. It doesn't take much to get a leak.
