Brake lines/4" lift and Rim offset

Front brake lines for a 1990 K5 4" lift...
Anyone know the required length off the top of their head?
Also, pro-comp rim models/offset? Running 33x12.5x15 BFG's.

The 15" procomp 1069s fit perfect.
