I got my rough country lift kit in today, but my package option did not come with extended brake lines... Is there really much difference in braided and rubber, for light off roadin'? and if so who do you guys reccomend I buy from? and how long should they be? the lift is 4 inches. Any Ideas? /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

talk to tim go to the TIm's offroad post in the vendor section, or you can got to ORD's site and check theirs out.

i like the braided lines because they don't expand like the stock ones so they take a LITTLE bit of slop out of the crappy brake systems that our fullsizes come with. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

With my 4' lift I had the stock hoses for a while... they were flexed out pretty good without my swaybar disconnected. I would get longer ones... You can get the Suburban lines from NAPA, they are I believe 22" long or go with the braided lines. I don't recall the NAPA #'s, do a search and they'll come up, IIRC they were around $14.00 each. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

These ones are for the left front of a 1994 2wd 1 ton and are around 25" long. $13.99 at Advance Auto. Napa wants $16.69.
