Does anyone know the part number for front pads for a D60 and also for the rear pads for the Eldorado rear calipers for those of us that have done the rear disc conversion? I looked through all my receipts and can't find the info.

link i gave you was to the 78 caddy pads for a eldorado just incase .

just looked up the 85 c-10 and 85 k10 there same part # front as the rear caddy .

So the Powerstop Z23052 is the correct pad for the Eldo rear caliper?

The Powerstop Z23149 is the correct pad for a D60 caliper?

The rear pad requires a square peg at the bottom of pad to engage the the rotating piston.
EDIT the peg is what adjusts the piston out each time you apply the emergency brake. This is the reason you need to apply the emergency brake all the time, for the brakes to work properly.

I know all about having to use the e-brake to keep the rear calipers properly adjusted. I just cant find a proper part number for the pads for the Eldo calipers. Power Stop says that Z23-052 are the correct pads but those also fit the front calipers of a bunch of other GM vehicle making me thing they aren't correct for the Eldo rear calipers.

EBC21146 is front part number. Rockauto and all others say the front and rear are the same. ACdelco for 19879-85 rears(which are mine) is 1#17D202m GM318028780. These years are Metric version and this part number says it fits rear only.

For a 14bolt using big eldo calipers 1976 -77 pads are d122. if you see a listing for d52 its for the common front pads. d122 are thinner have the peg that sticks out for the piston and the groove to hold the wire to hold them to the pistons.

Thanks, this info was a HUGE help for me. I was able to find some pads at AutoZone and ordered them and will be here tomorrow.
