brake ??? please help

i just got hte truck back from getting the 145ff put on. the last thing I need is the brake lines for the disks. I know I can get the rubber lines from autozone but I need the "banjo bolt" that goes insite the caliper, the ones w/ the holes to get the fluid in them. Where in hte heck can I find them

1974 Chevy Blazer Cheyanne. but it is on 33's now, with saggy old springs. i am in Yuma Arizona if ya got any parts for me.
