I just replaced all brake lines and the master cylinder on my 82 3/4 ton p/u. I also swapped in 1 ton axles, D60 and 14FF. Another thing is I'm using a 1/2 ton 2wd booster that came with the cab, but I don't think that is the problem. I bled the whole system 3 times, but still have a spongy brake pedal all the way down to the floor once truck is started. Any help and suggestions greatly appreciated!
