Brake problem

Would a bad master cylinder of brake booster cause my brakes to squeek? My brake pad and shoes are still fairly new (8 months old), i did notice the other day that i've got a liquidy grease of oily substance leaking from between the master cylinder and brake booster.

Not likely. Your rotors are probably glazed over and need to be turned or replaced. If they are glazed then they will probably be really shiny. Cheap brake pads can cause that too. Also check to make sure the calipers arent binding up pushing the pads at a weird angle.
