Brake trouble

I just finished installing rear disc brakes and the new front axle D60. I have pressure bleed the system 3 time and see no air bubbles what so ever. I can put 10# on the system and it will hold yet I feel the pedal goes to far down. The brakes do work but it just does not feel right. Any ieads ?

After talking with Van @ http://www.vancopbs.com/ it appears that even though the bleed screw is at 12o'clock there is still air trapped due to the way the caliper bleed channel is drilled. I will try his suggestions tonight and post back. Scroll to the bottom and see the caliper picture. http://www.mpbrakes.com/technical-support/troubleshooting-disc-03.cfm
