brake troubles

I changed my master cylinder a couple of months ago after completly loosing my brakes one day. My pedal is starting to get squishy again but I am not loosing ANY fluid. I had excellent braking up until this last week. First my pads started sqeaking and I went to change them but they have over half of the pad left so I left them alone. Then my pedal started getting deeper into the floor board and now they will not lock down even on the floor. So what is happening. I am not loosing any fluid anywhere? Is my master cylinder bad?

Might be good timing at least. I was about to put on extended brakelines on for my lift and also going to do a 14b disc swap when I get the brackets in.

Might as well do everything at once.
Any Ideas?

Yeah i think your master cylinder is gone, same thing my truck is doing right now. The booster only assists in braking effort.

Check to see if the drums are adjusted properly.
