Hey everyone, i just put some 37" humvee tires on my k5, im running dana 44 front and dana 60 rear, when i am braking and down to 35 my truck starts shaking violently back and forth then under 25 it stops. Any idea what could cause this? warped rotors? sumthing odd w/ the tires but why only at 35? thanks Mike

well if it didnt do it before the tire wheel swap then..

hmm

otherwise check rotors and for any looose steering joints or loose steering box or loose anything else

good luck

loose bolts

i second that i had 33s on my first blazer when i went to 35s it went in to convoultions when i was braking i put the 33s back on it stopped. i found the left side u bolts wernt loose but they wernt tight enough so i went over the front suspension with a fine tooth comb and the problem went away, found left side u bolts and a worn tie rod end i guess the leverage difference was enough to cause a wobble
