No, these mounts in the pic fit the '84 and older trucks with the flat crossmember.

The '85 to '91 use a 1-piece mount that fastens to the bottom of the adaptor with 2 bolts while the adaptor sits on the crossmember and uses 2 nuts to fasten to 2 studs under the 'member.
