When I bought my k5 it had a broken drivers front pin, After the lift the same leaf spring pin is broken again after about 1k miles. I recently discoverd the blazer had been put on its side so I'm thinking maybe a bent frame? Any other reasons I would be breaking the leaf spring pin? thanks

Every one I have seen was because the u-bolts wern't tight. U-bolts should be something around 140 ft*lb!

Measure the depth of the hole the pin goes in and measure the pin. If the pin is too long the spring will not seat onthe spring purch and the spring will have movement that it's not supose to and it could shear.

Hmm, drivers side pin? Did you retorque the ubolts after a few hundred miles? They stretch and need it. My yota did this, loose ubolts.
