broke again

I installed my lift about a year ago. Couple of months after that my 10* wedges broke off from under the springs. So i called RC and the sent me some new ones. GUSSE WHAT THEY BROKE AGAIN. I hat having to take the springs apart. Who makes some hevy duty ones that arnt' going to snap on me again?

Get some steel ones. There are a few guys on here that can make them and a lot on PBB that will do it too. I am having some custom length ones made for myself.

cut and spin the axle and reweld the perches.

Gotta get steel ones. that or just have someone make a set of zero rates for you with a 10* shim.

The angle shims will crack if made from the cheap aluminum. If the two mating surfaces are completely flat, they tend not to crack. However, every axle i've seen is less than flat...
