broke both trany mount bolts any ideas

i got a 465 with a 208 and i've broken both tranny mount bolts. this isn't the first time i broke one before but i fixed it before i broke the other this time i got them both i think i replaced the last one with a grade 8 but not sure i got a 1 inch spacer under the mount could this be the reason
