Broken Bolt

I Was Recently Resurfacing My Fiberglass Top And Removed All The Hardware . A Bolt Broke Off In The Top Where The Rear Latch Is. I Tried To Use A Cut Off Tool To Put A Groove In It To Screw Out With A Flat Head Screwdriver, But It Didn't Work. The Bolt Is Too Seized Up.
Any Suggestions?

Does this bolt thread into an insert in the top? If so you can try penetrating oil and then drill a hole through the bolt and take it out w an easy out.

Yes.........only capitalize the first word of the sentence. Not the first letter of every word.

It does have an insert. I will try that. Thanks!
As far as caps at the begining of every sentence, I think the site automatically did that. I typed the whole post in caps it must have went back and put it just at the beginning every word.
