Good news/Bad news.

Getting the pulley off is simple. But, you have to have the right tool.

Its called a power steering pump pulley puller. DUH

Good news is most major parts houses will loan or rent it to you.

Its got a sleeve that slips over that center part of the pulley with the groove in it. Then a screw goes inside the center and pulls the pulley off.
Its a press fit.

You pretty much have to have that tool. Most bearing pullers have trouble getting a grip on that groove.
And if you pull on the whole pulley, you will warp it.

You can put the pulley back on with the right sized bolt, but its still best to use the tool.

Yep, what Fordum said, a proper P/S pulley puller to remove the pulley. I replied to your other thread about the bracket also.
