broken shackle bolt

i was driving home from work the other nite and heard a pop. nothin seemed to off, when i got home i found the rear of the front spring on the right side almost touching the frame the shackle bolt broke frame end. my question is does someone make an upgrade the bolts that go through the springs are 1/2 or bigger and the one through the frame there is smaller than 7/16ths anyone?
