I can't get a hold of the actual owner currently but they thought it was on an older ford (whatever that means). Does that make it a definite no or is there some slight mods to make it work? Sorry for the lack of info just thought you guys might be some help on this one. I want to know now and not wait for him

The spacing is wide between the bolt holes, looks like it would be for mid-80's ford, or maybe even 70's-80's Chevy van. If you don't mind drilling holes in your bumper, I'm sure you could get it on there.

We'll that was my main concern. I would like to use the holes that are there but if I decide to drill new ones any suggestions on doing a good quality job?

those look just like ford mounts. That'd be my guess
