Wondering if others have tried to put buckets seat in k10. I have a set out of a early 90's nissan car i think they are with tilt, lumbar, etc that would be absolutely great to replace my ripped up shot bench seat.

Ive been trying to think of what the easiest way to go about putting these in is with how the floors are in these trucks. I went to the wrecking yard in hopes of finding one with buckets in it from the factory if that was even an option but all i could find was a k5 and lucky them there floors are completely level where the seats mount.

If anyone can give me some tips or pictures that would be great!

Pickups didn't come with buckets from the factory. You have to get creative and fab your own mounts.

Yes pickups DID come with buckets as a NO COST option

they are very very very rare

thats a 1980 with bucket seats and option door speakers :D

Suppsodily the 75 gmc gentlemen jim got the door speakers too, but the 80 was the only other one IIRC, they were 4x6s. pretty neat!

Trucks had buckets, 73-77 first half were low back, 77 second half to 87 were high back. Same seats but different brackets than blazers and burbs cause of the "hump" for the gas tank.

I have never seen that as an option for the 80. My 80 had the stereo option, which consisted of two speakers, one in the dash and one in the cargo area. Would have been nice to have stock door speakers.
