apparently PRP doesn't want their seats back that they screwed the order up on...




brand new... PRP Premier Hi Backs... extra wide, 4" extra tall.... backs are gray vinyl, arms are orange tweed and the centers are black tweed...


certainly not a common color scheme, but maybe it'll work for ya, or ya just want some killer seats and don't care what colors they are....

these sell for $610 for the pair, plus shipping....

$300 + shipping....... FIRM..... I'm guessing shipping is gonna run $80 to $120..... if serious, I'll get a quote...

Damn, Paul. What happened on the seat order? I am stoked with mine and you spoke very highly about PRP so what was the issue? Are you getting more from PRP or the right ones from them?

I wish I had the money for them now as my color scheme will be Black and Orange when I end up doing the body work and paint down the line.

no brackets...

if you've got a welder and some angle iron or box, it's usually a pretty simple affair to fab something up... I'm not overly familiar with the pick-up floor, but it shouldn't be bad...

guess you haven't been by to read THE NOVEL, or maybe just can't see the pics, but they eventually got me the right seats... never sent me a return sticker for the old ones, guess it wasn't worth the shipping to them...... so i have 4 seats at the house now...

these are the correct ones...

the thing is.. the correct seats, have the orange in vinyl, which is what i wanted.. whereas the set pictured at the top have the orange in tweed..

what sucks for me is the incorrect tweed is closer to a brighter, normal chevy orange than the vinyl... the vinyls ones are a fair amount darker, wish they where lighter like the tweed...

so i have to custom mix a chevy orange for my cage, drivetrain, dif covers, etc that resembles a chevy orange, yet is close enough to match the seats.. gonna be interesting, in the end, the paint color will be a tad lighter than the seats, but should be a cool reddish orange that i can run as the secondary color...
