Bucks

I was thinking of that , found an intake for it , just gotta make an adaptor plate between the intake and blower was thinking, making one out of aluminum, i wonder if I can make one out of just metal

Aluminum is metal. It is one of the easier to machine metals that is relatively inexpensive assuming you buy a common grade. However, custom adapters are always more expensive than buying something that is in mass production already.

To answer the “can do” question and to expect a quality answer ya gotta give a better picture of what the whole package and intended use is ?
Anything can be made to fit but wether or not that part is a good choice depends on a combination of factors.

What tire size will you be going with - just wondering as it will effect things greatly.

Looking forward to seeing the specs on the motor ?

Is this a show truck only ?
Is it only a street cruiser ?
Is it meant to be taken off road ?
Will it ever be used as a 3/4-Ton truck was intended to be used as ?

A blower restricts a bunch of things as to how the truck is or should be used - bolting a blower on is only the beginning things that must be addressed.
All of the above

All of the above, yes was built for blower setup, original for a wipple blower, 37 and 40 tires

Understood that you said the motor was “built for the Whipple” setup but I was just hoping that you were able to expand and get more indepth about the specifics/details but I guess not.

Running a blower and expecting the truck to be a “jack of all trades” is a mighty tall order - especially with a 3,500 converter while towing or hauling being pushed by forcedinduction on one end and the resistance of that gear and tire combo on the other end.

With only a 4.10 gear and that tire diameter in 1:1 at 65MPH you will only be turning about 2,300RPM’s.
A healthy stall speed in a working truck type environment just doesn’t mix well - especially with such lack of gear being used.

Oh well, sounds like ya’ got it all figured and planned out so I guess that answers your “Can do” question/statement - wish ya the best with it and if you ever get any real details/knowledge on the engine specs other than “it was built for a blower” please share.

Have it at a 2500 stall speed at the moment, i have all the specs for trany and engine, but there at the speed shop at the moment, I have 35 interc thornbirds, running on them now and then but am running 37s on kmc Beadlocks 17x12.50 rims ,Mickey Thompson Baja Boss 37x13.50R20LT, can run this setup at 2000 rpm at 160km the 35s run smooth with the engine tranny and gears run at 2500 at 120km
Only problem i have is at the lights
Engine idle rumbles under 1000rpms almost at a stall ,
But that's with out the blower 6spd tranny makes it run flat out nice on the highway ok

Gas mileage doesn't bother me,
Thing is I can let the truck off the line at 2500rpms blast out the gate
Strong ,but when I get up too around 7000 grand it bottoms out
Around the end of a quarter miler

I think what everyone is trying to say to you is.
With that stall speed your truck is going to be almost unusable. If you’re going to drive it like a daily driver, you must address that stall speed issue.
Get it back down into the range where you can use it
Which is going to mean changing to a more useable cam profile.
7K on the street? WOW! Around here, you’re going to attract a ton of unwanted attention from law enforcement.
That truck will be no fun when it’s sitting in the impound yard. And, that’s not even talking about that high stall converter’s life expectancy. By trying to drive it outside of its “built for” stall speed, it’s not going to live very long. And its performance is going to be sub-par.
A 1000 rpm stall converter is going to be way closer to what you want for the street, even it will be clunky on the street.
Cam the engine so the power starts building straight off idle, to about 3500rpm max.
Gear that axle to 3.73. You can keep the tires. With the power you’ll build at that rpm range, it’ll turn those meats just fine.
That little blower could be really cool on the street , but, you’ve got to get the rest of the parts to work with it.
Otherwise, it’s just a lawn ornament.
Ask me how I know about lawn ornaments…

Now, if you’re building a balls out drag truck.
That’s a different story.
Keep your high stall converter. Get a cam for that 6.0 that’s making power way up the in the rpm range.
This is a build you should definitely consult someone that does drag motor stuff. I’m just a guy that’s been around a while.
I like a bunch of power too, But, if you can’t use it, what have you got? A lawn ornament.
If you want your truck to have all these things you’ve got here, then we’ll all still be here, eating popcorn, watching from the side lines.
Keep us posted.
