My brother's father-in-law, John, is a retired civil engineer (bridges) that has lived in PA most of his life. One of the die hard GM only kind (not that there's anything wrong with that at all!), buy American, etc.

He's mostly bought Buick's and a few weeks ago bought a 2019(?) Envision. He was soooooo proud of his purchase until my brother told him it was made in China. Nothing but silence on the phone for a few seconds.

When my brother was telling me the story yesterday, I thought he was kidding at first, so I looked it up. Made in Mexico, I would believe that, but China???

Sure is!

Those are the 10 most American cars according to cars.com

Basically went through and figured out how many actual American parts went into them. So if he wants to buy American there's his top 10 choices
