Build Code V76

my 85 original sticker has a code of V76 which states a towing device. Whith that said I assume I should have a trailer hitch (which is not there), should there be prewired trailer lights etc. What shoudl I be looking for here.....

Truck is all original and I am trying to complete some missing touches....
