5.ORD front bumper and a 12,000 pound winch
6.Ord style rear bumper
7.AGR rock ram steering

Sounds cool but you probably don't need half of that with only running 33" tires. Shouldn't need the 1 ton gear, AGR, or crossover and you could save yourself a lot of $$$ if you don't. If you get several size bigger tires then, by all means. go for it. Might be better suited to keep the 1/2 ton axles or at most go 3/4 ton with the 33"ers. If it were me I'd go with a 4" lift (however you wanted to get there) and do 35" tires with 3/4 tons. Everything else seems reasonable and good luck.

The only reasons I want 1 tons is I probaly go wit 35's
also I can get a set cheap . the rock ram was for insurance .

list looks good to go and you wont have to upgrade later build it once and be done, also should help with the resale or part out later.

I am going to 3/4 ton (no $$ for a D60) and run my 35" tires and a lot of guys here say it's not necessary to get the 14bff but i feel the same way as you. Don't want to break the 1/2 ton junk if I get stupid in the skinny pedal in the middle of the SoCal desert far, far from anywhere. Good luck.

I agree with you fully . I have seen people here in NC explode 1/2 ton stuff
so I say build it once build it right :thumb:

I don't know about #5,... a 12,000lb wench is a big ,big girl and if you got stuck with her in the truck you would need at least a 20,000 lb WINCH :D to get unstuck.

I am just messing with you:haha:, your list definetly sounds overkill, but that is not a bad thing, especialy if you plan on going bigger in the future.

Sounds like a good plan to me! My K5 is set up basically exactly like you are saying and with some mild fender trimming, I've got 37's on it.:D

Fixed it for ya I was typing too fast :doah:

do it big and grow into your hard parts. at least you can be confident getting out on a trail knowing your axles wont (shouldnt) leave you pulling your rig home. Just my opinion. sounds like its gonna be nice

I would just start with 35" tires instead of 33s. And I like the fact of having 1 tons under it even if you are not running huge tires. Wont have to worry much about breaking stuff and you get rid of the shotty c clip rear 10 bolt. :thumb:

Thanks for the help Here is some other things I am going to add
1. Full internal cage
2. Dual exhaust
3. Dual optima yellow tops
4. On board air with tank
