So, I'll track down more baseline starting pictures too, but here is where I am today.
Finished rebuilding and installing my 8274 I got free with a winch bumper I bought on CL. I figure I'm in for about $150 total, now that I bought a new cable for it too.
Installed my new gauge lens I bought at LMC. I can't begin to tell you what a difference that makes, I can now actually see how fast I'm going, which is nice. The top pic is the old lens, and that haze is for real. It was like the previous owner tried to clean it with some kind of solvent.
