When just got done with my new front winch bumper, built the entire thing myself with about 100 bucks in steel. Nice to have a winch now.
Here are some pics. Don't laugh about the tires, those are my garage tires so I can fit it inside.

looks good, any reason you didn't wrap the tube around the front? i wrapped mine around mainly for looks and have smacked more trees than i thought i ever would with it.

Honestly, I wanted to use square tube to tie the rear bumper and the rockslides together and only have a 1.75" tube die for the bender. Also, all the less width, don't care if the fenders get bashed in or not, figure I taper the front clip one way or another.

No not my first one, just my first good looking one. Got a winch and needed a new bumper, here is my first one

how did you attach it to the frame ? on the outside or inside of the frame rails ? I like it a lot, what size winch ?

Thanks for the compliment. The bumper is attached with a total of 6 5/8" grade 8 bolts, 2 on each side plate, 2 on the lower "angled" plate and another 2 on the top 3/8" plate for the warn 9500xp winch. The entire center winch "bucket" is fully welded inside and out.
