Au con-trarererer.... squeeze a coke bottle when new, hard. (Yes I know there is liquid in there). Open it, remove no liquid, and close it again. Now it's softer. Not saying if I like the idea or not, just that I think this is pretty simple....
Also, Power tanks, fire extinguishers, air tanks on semi's etc....All have to be mounted with DOT approved brackets.
Maybe our CK5 patrol officers/Troopers can shed more light on the subject and laws from different states.
