I'm going to remove my front fenders to make it easier to install my inner and outer rocker panels and I'll also be removing the front bumper since it will aid in the fender removal........ any tips I need to know before I remove these tomorrow?? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Bumpers SEEM easy ... 1/2" bolts, so 3/4" deep well sockets... but as mentioned, spray 'em with penetrating oil 'forehand. You can spend an entire afternoon wrestling those eight bolts off, been there, done that, got the T-shirt :haha:

Donno what you mean by fenders vs rocker panels -- you talking about wheelwells? Anyway, when it comes to body panels, remember that reinstalling them is easy, but aligning them is a PITA, so only take off what you absolutely have to.

I'm going to remove the front fenders so it will be easier to remove and replace the inner and outer rockers.

Any prefered bumper bolt prep? P.B.Blaster ok??

This x 100.

Penetrating oil, perhaps a little bit of heat if needed, some patience (to work your wrench around the top bolts) and beer. Maybe not exactly in that order, but you get the picture.

To Aaron's point about alignment, it might be easier to pull the entire front clip as a whole unit and save yourself a lot of effort later.

I resisted doing it for my motor swap, but once I finally dug into it there really aren't that many bolts to remove....and obviously it gives you a LOT of working room for any work in front of the cowl.

I removed the entire front clip after tRusty said it was easier than removing just the fenders and I found it a bit frustrating but not that bad really. I will sit down soon and post a bunch of pics of all the things I have been doing to it. I would definately remove a clip again in the future with no hesitation.
