Anybody know the size of the bolts that hold the rear bumper corner brackets to the frame on a 1991 k5? The previous owner had a gmt 400 bumper on the truck, but it was a little to narrow and stuck out way to far. I got a suburban bumper (which fits, although I had to drill new holes in the brackets) but I don't have the bolts. There are nuts welded on the back side of the frame where the bracket goes. I tried a 3/8 bolt and it seemed to thread in, but it was a little too small, and 7/16 is too big? Could they be metric?
