Its only half way done but is turning out okay. We shaved about 3" off the frame and 5-6" off the front of the fenders that alone helped the approach angle alot!! Still need to weld in the winch plate and some more runners to keep it rigid while winching, and of course some paint.. Let me know what you think!

Looks pretty beefy. Is it welded to the frame?

Also, the tube is directly in front of the headlight. That may mess with your night driving...

Yup the front frame horn will be completely boxed when I'm done and the bumper is welded to it. Unfortunatly the tube is pretty close to the middle of the light but I don't seem to notice much and I'm mounting 2 6" rounds on it also.
